Sovereignty

Sovereign Cloud, Built and Run on Your Terms

Infrastructure that stays inside your jurisdiction, under your keys, operated by your own team.

Sovereignty Is an Architecture Decision

Jurisdiction Follows the Operator

Picking a nearby region does not change which government can compel a provider to hand data over. Legal exposure follows whoever operates the platform, not the postcode of the building.

Lock-In Is a Sovereignty Problem

A proprietary control plane turns migration into a rebuild. When leaving costs more than staying, your options are not really yours.

Dependency Outlives the Contract

If only the vendor can operate the platform, sovereignty ends the day the support agreement does. Independence needs transferable know-how.

Eight Dimensions

Sovereignty is not a single switch. We assess and design against the eight dimensions used by the European cloud sovereignty framework, so that every claim on this page maps to something you can actually verify.

  • 01

    Strategic

Long-term autonomy over your technology direction — the ability to change provider, scale, or architecture without asking anyone for permission.

  • 02

    Legal & Jurisdictional

Contracts, operating entity, and data all sit under a legal regime you accept, with no foreign court able to reach across it.

  • 03

    Data & AI

Your data, embeddings, and models stay inside your boundary — including everything produced by training and inference.

  • 04

    Operational

Your own engineers can run, patch, scale, and recover the platform without escalating to a vendor in another timezone.

  • 05

    Supply Chain

Known provenance for hardware, images, and dependencies — with alternatives identified before you actually need them.

  • 06

    Technology

Open, portable building blocks such as Kubernetes and CNCF projects, instead of a proprietary control plane you cannot inspect.

  • 07

    Security & Compliance

Controls that can be evidenced and audited where they run, rather than inherited from a shared-responsibility document.

  • 08

    Environmental

Power, cooling, and hardware efficiency measured as part of the platform rather than reported after the fact.

On-Premise

The platform runs entirely inside your own datacentre, on hardware you own, behind your own firewall. Nothing traverses a network you do not control, and no third party holds an administrative path into the environment. This is the right model where regulation, classification, or air-gap requirements leave no room for interpretation.

Private Cloud

A dedicated environment operated for a single organisation or sector, hosted in a facility and legal jurisdiction you have chosen deliberately. You keep tenancy isolation and key custody, while we take on the operational load of running the platform to an agreed service level.

Hybrid & Multi-Cloud

Regulated workloads and sensitive data stay in your sovereign estate, while burst capacity or non-sensitive services use public cloud. Because the control plane is the same Kubernetes everywhere, workloads move on your schedule instead of being stranded by whichever provider you started with.

What We Build

We design, build, and operate sovereign cloud platforms on infrastructure you own — then hand the keys to your team.

Every layer is built from open, portable components, so the architecture stays reviewable and nothing about it is a black box you have to trust.

  • Sovereign Infrastructure

    Compute and storage you own

Compute, storage, and networking on hardware held under your own agreements, with a realistic migration path off legacy virtualisation.

  • Cloud-Native Platform

    Kubernetes as the control plane

A CNCF-standard Kubernetes platform with GitOps delivery, policy enforcement, and multi-cluster management that stays portable across datacentres.

  • Evidence-Based Operations

Prove it, do not assume it

Monitoring, logging, tracing, backup, and tested disaster recovery, so availability and access are things your team can demonstrate to an auditor.

  • Know-How Transfer

    Independence is the deliverable

Documented runbooks, paired operations, and structured training, so your engineers genuinely own the platform on the day we hand it over.

How We Get There

1. Sovereignty Assessment

We map your current estate against the eight dimensions and produce a written gap analysis: where you already hold control, where you only appear to, and what each gap would cost to close.

2. Reference Architecture & Pilot

A documented target architecture, then a working pilot carrying a real workload — so the design is judged on running infrastructure rather than on a slide.

3. Build, Operate, Transfer

We build it, run it alongside your team while they take over, and finish with a handover that leaves no hidden dependency on us.

Own the Platform, Not Just the Invoice

Tell us which workloads keep you awake and which regulator you answer to. We will come back with an architecture, not a brochure.
